1. Should I go to Safety Cabinet Storage Co. Ltd in person to open the account for safety cabinet or storage room?
Yes! You need to come to our company to open the account. We recommend you to come over to our company to have a look, so that our friendly staff will help you to estimate how many cabinets or the area of storage room you need.
 
2. What is the minimum tenor for renting a safety cabinet or storage room?
One month is the minimum tenor. If you withdraw on or before 15 at any calendar month, the rent will be calculated on a pro rata basis. If you withdraw on or after 16 at any calendar month, the rent will be calculated on a whole month basis.
 
3. How should I know how many cabinets or how big a storage room I need?
Please give us a call, email, or through the contact us column on our website for enquiry, our staff will be pleased to give you our professional advice.
 
4. Do your company provide transportation service?
Yes! We provide one stop logistic service. House moving or office moving? Our staff will be happy to give you estimation and quotation for the cost.
 
5. Do I need to make an appointment to visit your company?
Please feel free to visit our company at our business hours. Our business hours from Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm. Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (except public holidays). If you want to visit our company at Sunday, please make an appointment with our staff first.
 
6. Can I choose the starting date of the renting tenor?
Yes! You can. Yet the starting date of the renting tenor should be within 7 days of the account opening.
 
7. Should I bring any documents for account opening?
For personal account, please bring your ID; for company, please bring your company business registration.
 
8. Will your company issue me a receipt upon account opening?
Yes. If you pay by cash, we will issue you a receipt immediately upon your payment. If you pay by cheque, we will send you the receipt to your corresponding address upon the cheque settlement.
 
9. Do you have even bigger storage room than those shown in the website?
Yes! Please feel free to call our staff, they are happy to assist you.
 
10. How long is the withdrawal notice?
If you want to withdraw and stop using our service, please kindly send your notification to us either by email or fax.
